Cleanliness * Guests are requested to keep the ballroom and surrounding areas clean. * Please dispose of waste in the designated bins. * Damaging or deliberately misusing the venue’s property is strictly prohibited. 4. Outside Vendors * Outside vendors, decorators, and service providers are not permitted without prior approval from management. 5. Food & Beverages * Food and beverages must be handled responsibly. * Spillage, wastage, or damage caused by guests or vendors will be the responsibility of the booking party. 6. Noise & Conduct * Guests must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior. * Excessive noise or behavior that disturbs other guests, staff, or nearby premises is not permitted. 7. Smoking * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the ballroom and designated non-smoking areas. * Smoking is permitted only in areas specifically designated by management, where applicable. 8. Damage & Loss * The booking party will be responsible for any damage to the ballroom, furniture, equipment, fixtures, or other property caused during their event. * Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings. 12. Staff & Management * Guests and vendors must treat ballroom staff respectfully. * Management’s instructions regarding safety, security, and venue policies must be followed. 13. Prohibited Items * Weapons, hazardous materials, illegal substances, and any item that may pose a risk to guests or property are strictly prohibited. 14. Management Rights * Management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including ending an event, if these rules are violated or if the safety and security of guests or staff is at risk.
