Any damages to furniture, décor, or property must be reported immediately and will need to be repaired or reimbursed accordingly. No loud music or disturbance, especially during late hours, unless prior permission is given for events or shoots. All items, antiques, and artwork should be handled with care. The number of guests/crew must not exceed the agreed limit. Timings must be strictly followed as per booking.
