The GetAway – Terms & Conditions Please read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions before confirming your booking: 1. Guest Eligibility & Identification - Bookings are for families only. - The original CNIC/NIC of the person who made the booking must be presented and verified upon arrival. - The person whose CNIC was provided for the booking must be present throughout the stay. - The booking may not be sold, transferred, or given to another party without prior approval from The GetAway. - Guest numbers will be verified and counted upon arrival. 2. Prohibited Items & Activities The following are strictly prohibited on the premises: - Drugs or illegal substances - Firearms or weapons - Alcohol - Smoking/ Vaping/ Ghutko - Any activity or conduct that is contrary to Shariat Nizam Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund, forfeiture of the security deposit, and/or a ban on future bookings. 3. Booking Duration & Timings - The listed rate is for 12 hours (day or night) and covers up to 20 guests. - Separate rates are available for: - Morning – 6 hours - Afternoon – 6 hours - Overnight – 9–12 hours - Full Day – 12 hours - Booking timings are strictly enforced. - No additional guests will be admitted more than 2 hours after the scheduled booking start time. - Guests are required to vacate the premises at the agreed checkout time. Any unauthorised extension may result in additional charges and/or disruption to subsequent bookings. 4. Additional Guests - The agreed guest count must not be exceeded without prior approval. - An additional charge of PKR 2,000 per guest will apply for every guest above the agreed number. - Unauthorised or undeclared guests may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or cancellation of the booking. 5. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit of PKR 10,000 is mandatory before check-in. - The deposit will be refunded after checkout inspection, subject to: - No damage to the property or its belongings - No excessive cleaning requirements - No policy violations - No missing or damaged items - No unauthorised guests - No misuse of the premises or facilities - Any applicable deductions will be made from the security deposit. Serious violations or damages may result in complete forfeiture of the deposit. 6. Damage & Responsibility Guests are responsible for the premises, facilities, furniture, equipment and other items provided during their booking. Any damage, loss, misuse, or breakage caused during the stay may result in a deduction from the security deposit or additional charges where the damage exceeds the deposit. 7. Windows The rooms are equipped with double-glazed windows with a thermal-break system and a specialised opening/closing mechanism designed for energy efficiency and comfort. For safety and maintenance reasons, only the property manager is authorised to operate or adjust these windows. Guests must not attempt to open, close, adjust, or otherwise handle them. 8. Compliance with Rules By confirming a booking, the guest agrees to comply with all The GetAway rules and to ensure that all members of their group do the same. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited activities or conduct contrary to Shariat Nizam, may result in: - Immediate cancellation of the booking - Removal from the premises - No refund - Forfeiture of the security deposit - A ban on future bookings Confirmation of a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
